Steven Patrick Anderson's Obituary
On Friday, January 1st, 2021 Steven Anderson, loving husband, and father of two, passed away at the age of 42.
Steve was born on June 19th, 1978 in Fort Ord, California at US Army Hospital just outside of Monterey to Dennis and Patricia (McDonald). He studied Web Design at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA., and worked at Fred Meyer for almost 10 years before being diagnosed with colorectal cancer in January 2018. On February 14th, 2013 he married Nyra Noel Spencer. They raised two daughters Taylor (12) and Adyson (8).
Steve had a passion for gardening, music, movies, band t-shirts, and all Seattle sports teams. He was known for his sense of humor, work ethic, friendliness, and dedication to his family. He loved lending a helping hand to whoever was in need, talking politics, going on road trips visiting family in Coeur d’ Alene, ID., and truly enjoyed watching and being involved in his daughters' interests and activities.
He is survived by his parents Dennis and Patricia, his sister Nancy (Jeff), brother David (Katelyn), his wife Nyra, and his two daughters Taylor and Adyson, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held to celebrate his life on Friday, January 15th, 2021 at Mountain View Funeral Home & Memorial Park's Aspen Chapel, at 2 o’clock p.m.
Due to Covid restrictions mandated by the state, the service is by invitation only, but will so be live-streamed and posted on Mountain View’s website for later viewing.
