Always looking forward Steve dabbled in bioremediation before starting NW Geotech Drilling, which focused on drilling test pits for windmills. After retirement Steve took to driving for Highline School district transporting children with disabilities to their respective schools. He enjoyed the interaction with the kids, it kept him smiling.
Steve was an avid golfer and maintained a single digit handicap for years, he even had a hole-in-one on at least one occasion. He was a member of Oakbrook Golf and Country Club in Lakewood, WA for many years where he eventually met the love of his life, Linda Kitterman, at a singles dance held in the clubhouse. They were married in July 2002. Steve loved to cook, and he had a passion for fishing, whether it be for trout, salmon, or a halibut trip to Alaska. Together Steve and Linda have enjoyed cruising to many different ports over the years and recently took their dream cruise of 21 days throughout the Caribbean.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Linda Karen Ingraham, his mother Barbara M. Ingraham, sister Linda Hoff (Roger), brothers Tim (Lois), Brian (Earlene), and Scott (Lannett), two nieces, four nephews, three great-nieces and two great-nephews.
