Stan touched my life in so many ways - he was a very important part of who I am today. He showed that adults can still play, have fun, and help kids. His spirit lives on in me, as with all those that he touched. Stan's journey is continueing as we live here on earth. I look forward to seeing him again when I pass on. There is much more camping to do. Thank you Stan for what you have done for me during my life - I will see you soon.##imported-begin##John and Rebecca Robinson##imported-end##
First grown-up I ever met that didn't act his age. When he made the funny face with his teeth and crossed eyes you couldn't help but laugh; I think that's the image I'll always have of him. He was always there to talk to you or give encouragement when you needed it. I loved this man with all my heart and will always remember his contribution to my life. Fond memories, good times, and an everlasting legacy to those who knew him. Til we meet again Stan, God watch over You.##imported-begin##Will Lombard##imported-end##

We understand the incredible extent of loss, but feel rich through the many gifts he’s left behind. There is little room for tears when we are surrounded by the memory of his brilliance, skill, fighting attitude and his goulash. RIP Stan

I have many memories of Stan, nothing sticks out more then the time I thought I couldn't do the mile swim and Stan told me " Never let your fears hold you back." and he told me if I did the mile He would teach me his secret to his Goolash. Two things were certain every summercamp after that one I did the Mile swim and two I had to "HELP" make the Goolash. Stan you will be missed, may God be will all You left behind.##imported-begin##Sgt. Jeremy S Duncan##imported-end##
Mr. Johnson was a great scout leader. I learned a lot about my-self through his guidance. He set the example on mile swims, made great foods, and had an influence on my decision to join the Marines. My condolences are with his family and may he rest in peace.##imported-begin##Jack Williams##imported-end##
I met Stan in 2000 after my husband Dave retired from TPD. He was a breath of fresh air at the Retired Officer meetings. He worked with my father for many years (Ed Gallagher)God Bless His family.

I viewed Stan as a blessing in my life and to the world. I don't recall ever seeing him without a smile or a kind twinkle in his eye. Stan's fortitude, good will and service to the community was an inspirationn to me. His conversations good and wholesome. I've only known Stan four years but I will always remember him and miss him at Lodge. I offer my condolence to Gladys, Family and Friends. May God watch over you always. Rest in peace Stan.

what a great man and what lucky people who have come to meet and know him. He will be missed but what a legacy he left!
