Solonia was a patient of mine at TAcoma General Hospital several times the last couple of years. She was ALWAYS, gentle, strong, proud, gracious, kind and beautiful. Our staff admired and respected her very much...she was concerned that she not be a bother to us, and rarely asked for anything...including pain medication. I want her children to know from those of us at the Hospital how much we cared about her and her comfort. How much she loved them and that she just wanted to be home with them. I am better for knowing her.##imported-begin##M. Fishbaugh##imported-end##
Dear Fletcher:
Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your daughter Solonia. I have very fond memories of Solonia at Larchmont School and find it difficult to believe that she had grown up and is the mother of three children. Please extend my condolences to the rest of your family.

Solonia was a woman who had more pride and dignity for who she was than any other woman I have ever met. Sometimes a force that was misunderstood, often a woman who I admired for her hard work in keeping her family together under the most extraordinary circumstances. I feel very blessed to have been a small part of her life. My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Jenkins, Denise, Jeremiah and Dawn who have lost a very dear woman. May she find peace.##imported-begin##Brigette Beisner##imported-end##
Although we had some stormy times, it was an honor and privilige to know and serve Solonia during what was probably the most difficult years on her earthly journey. I thank our God that she is with Him now. No more sorrow, no more pain, no more tears, no more injustices. She is free indeed!!!##imported-begin##Deborah Green##imported-end##
My deepest thoughts, sadness and prayers are with Solonia's family during this time of loss. May dear Solonia be happy with the Lord and feel the freedom of being healed.
Dawn will always know who her mommy was and will miss her. Solonia gave us a wonderful gift... her precious daughter and we will treasure that gift for as long as we live.
God bless you... God bless Solonia... may she rest in peace.
Much love,
Nicki and Dawn... and the rest of the family...##imported-begin##Nicki##imported-end##
