I worked at the Bavarian with Sophie for about 10 years. She was a wonderful person and always made people smile and knew her job well. She always made dumpling soup on the days I worked, because she knew how much I loved it. That was just one of the fantastic things she cooked. I also lucked out and got to be her neighbor until 2019, so got to see her and the family again. I'm sure she is happy in heaven seeing all her family and friends. She was a wonderful person and I'll miss seeing her.
