Born on December 24, 1937, Frank lived a life marked by service, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to his family and community.
Frank's journey began with a strong sense of duty, which led him to serve in the military for three years. This experience shaped his character and instilled in him the values of honor and integrity that he carried throughout his life. Following his military service, Frank dedicated 20 years to the sheriff's department, where he rose through the ranks to become sheriff. His leadership and compassion made a lasting impact on the community he served, and he was known for his fair and just approach to law enforcement.
Above all, Frank was a devoted father to his son, Scott Peskin, and a proud grandfather to his beloved granddaughters, Kaycee and Aleena Peskin, and grandson, Steven Oliver. He cherished every moment spent with his family, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Frank's love for his family was evident in everything he did, and he took great joy in sharing stories, laughter, and life lessons with his grandchildren.
Frank's warmth, kindness, and sense of humor touched the lives of many. He was a friend to all, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. His legacy of service and love will continue to inspire those who knew him.
He is survived by his son, Scott, and his grandchildren, Kaycee, Aleena, and Steven, who will carry forward his spirit and values. Frank Peskin will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the profound impact he had on the lives of those around him.
A memorial service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share stories of the remarkable man he was. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local charity that supports law enforcement and community service initiatives, reflecting Frank's lifelong commitment to helping others.
