Sheila Ray Porter Hughes' Obituary
Sheila Rae Hughes, 57, of Gig Harbor, WA, passed away on Monday, Feb. 1, 2010 at Manor Care in Gig Harbor, WA. Sheila was born Nov. 18, 1952 in Farrell, PA to Elisha and Sarah Porter, and attended public school in Youngstown, OH. Sheila is survived by her mother, Sarah Porter, son DeWayne Hughes, brothers Elisha, Barry, Lamont, and Kenny Porter, and sister Cathy Bailey, all residing in WA. She leaves a host of nephews and nieces. Her father Elisha preceded her in death. Family and friends may call between 5-8 pm Monday, Feb. 8th, at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd., Lakewood, WA 98499. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010 at 1pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church, located at 4108 S. Portland Ave. in Tacoma, WA.
