Born on November 28, 1950, in Honolulu, HI, Sharon's life was a testament to her deep love for family and the joy she found in nurturing those she cherished. As a devoted mother of three, Sharon always prioritized her children, showering them with unconditional love and support. Sundays were special in her household, where family dinners became cherished traditions.
Sharon's kitchen was the heart of the home, filled with the aromas of her delicious meals that brought everyone together. She took immense pride in her cooking, often experimenting with new recipes while ensuring that family favorites were always on the table. These gatherings were not just about food; they were about connection, laughter, and the warmth of togetherness.
Sharon's generous spirit extended beyond her family. Her home was a welcoming haven for friends, where everyone felt embraced and loved. She truly believed in the power of hospitality, often inviting loved ones to enjoy a meal and share stories, creating lasting memories around her table.

She is survived by her oldest son, Bryan Ayers and his wife Shurelle; her daughter, Alison Koontz and her husband Dameon; five adoring grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Her presence will be profoundly missed by her family and a wide circle of friends and loved ones.
A celebration of Sharon's life will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home in Tacoma, WA, on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with a graveside service to follow at 1:30 p.m.
