Shannon Fowler, 25, passed away on June 30, 2019. She was born in Lakewood, on May 17, 1994, the daughter of Nannette Doyle and Dale Fowler, and was the youngest of four children.
Shannon was a beautiful person, with an amazing soul. She was a talented individual who enjoyed both music and art and was always full of life. Shannon’s one love was her son. Shannon will be missed by all those who knew and loved her, especially her best friend Clorissa.
