Sepania Popo Letuli Sr. age 68, passed away unexpectedly Friday December 1, 2017 in Federal Way, WA. Born in American Samoa, he was a Foreman in the Roofing industry and would have celebrated his 47th wedding anniversary with wife Ana this coming January.
