To the family of Sean, I know it has been many years since his death, but I just ran across his obituary, Over the years of my life I have thought of the little very beautiful blonde boy who would sneak over to my house in sometimes only a diaper, and then the boy who I took care of after school , I was not very old when you all allowed me to care for Sean, I thank you all for trusting me with such a special boy. Im glad he had a very loved life

I'm so sorry to hear of Sean's passing. He was so very lucky to have family that loved and cared for him as you did.
I remember him as a child and how bright and full of joy he always was, I love that he never lost his ability to radiate happiness with that beautiful smile of his.
In my minds eye I have this wonderful vision of him wrapped up in his father's arms once again. Know that I love you and think of you often with the fondest of memories.

Mom,Nana,Nichole,Ed,and the rest of the family, you all know how much your love touched Sean. Sean is free of pain and is in heaven looking down on all of us smiling his precious smile knowing everything that everyone did to make his life as best as they could, Sean and I always had a special bond, He knew what I was saying to him and I knew what he was thinking, whether it was him biting my hand while I was feeding him tellimg me I gave him katsup instead of tartar sauce, or it was turning off cartoons to put on the Mariners game, Sean touched everyone's heart in so many ways and I want to thank you all and you all need to know that you made Sean feel so happy and put that smile on his face. We have happy memories of Sean's visits to stay with us on weekends in the mid 80's. He used to love it when our little kids would wrestle with him. He would smile and get that gleeful look in his eyes. He knew he was loved and could show love as well as anyone we know. --Jack
Dear Pat, I was so happy that Jack and I are able to communicate with you and join you at services to celebrate Sean's life and entry into heaven! He touched our family very deeply. I talked to all of our children who knew Sean and they were all touched by his death. I too remember his smile and laugh. His sparkling eyes. I remember running into Sean at the Mall a few years after we had stopped doing respite care and was thrilled when he remembered me. We have thought of him often over the years and wondered as to his well-being. We never worried, knowing the loving family who held him dear and cared for him.
