Schenita McGhee's Obituary
Schenita was born December 24, 1961, in Fort Deposit, AL. Later the family moved to Montgomery, AL. She was a 1981 graduate of G.W. Carver High School. Schenita later attended Alabama State University. In 1986 she moved to Tacoma, WA, and on March 26, 1994, she was joined in marriage with Ricky McGhee. On March 6, 2004, Schenita flew away to be at rest. She is survived by her husband, Ricky A. McGhee; her beloved daughters: Courtney B., and Chelsea B.; stepson, Robert T.; parents, Martha K. Knight, and Roy H. Steiner; mother-in-law, Willie Mae McGhee; 8 brothers, and 4 sisters.Visitation will be from 2-9pm, Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at Mt. View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 1pm, Wednesday, March 10, at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. Interment at Kindle Cemetery, Montgomery, AL.
