Sarah J. Pratt's Obituary
On June 26th, 2015 at approximately 09:15P.M. Sarah Jewell Pratt boldly entered Heaven with a new and Glorified body to meet in person her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sarah was born on April 01, 1948 in Buckeye Arizona. She led a fascinating life travelling and living in various parts of the United States, Mexico and Central America. She spent most of her adult life in the Tacoma area where she met her husband Bob on a whimsical blind date. They celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary on April 24th, 2015.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Phyllis and Everett E. Bramblet and her brother in Law Ron Mighell. Sarah is survived by her loving husband Robert who lives in Tacoma and her sisters, Cornelia (Ron) Ulmen from Eatonville Washington, and Rebecca Mighell Takoa Georgia. She is also survived by 5 brother-in-laws and 5 sister-in-laws. Sarah has numerous nieces and nephews that she leaves behind, too.
Sarah's legacy will always be her love of the Lord Jesus. She sought direction from Him on a daily basis. Even up to the very end of her Earthly life, Sarah expressed absolute joy and peace that she had throughout her illness.
Sarah's message to everyone would be to put your trust in Jesus. Make Him your Lord and Savior!
Sarah had a keen intellect and was a gifted speaker and had a tremendous impact on those she met. Sarah liked to laugh, write music, poetry, and take long walks on and off the golf course with her husband Bob, and fellowship with her friends and family. She loved animals, particularly dogs and horses. There is no doubt that she is running with her beloved dog Joy in Heaven!
It's not an over statement to say that she will always be in the hearts and minds of those who knew her.
Sarah will be laid to rest at a private graveside service July 02, 2015 at 11:30A.M. at Mountain View Memorial Park.
