I had never met a young that could brighten up a room more than Sam. Every time he was in our home the spirit he brought with him was infectious and his laughter brought everyone together. I can’t say how much he will be missed. My sincerest love and heart felt sympathies to his family during this very difficult time. He left a lasting impact on so many peoples lives including mine. Rest easy until we meet again.
Oh my goodness I'm somehow just seeing all of this and am truly heartbroken. I worked with him at whole foods and the first day we talked, i called him my "sunshine Sam". He always lifted my spirits with a song. I only knew him a short time but I'm so glad i did. So very sorry for this loss.
First let me start by saying, Sam was genuinely the kindest person I've ever known. It's normal to not get along with a co-worker, sibling or even friend but I have never once heard him speak ill of another person. It amazed me how kind and happy he could be every single time I was around him. Sam, I considered to be my first friend when I began at F21. As soon as I saw his totally out there but fabulous style and heard his laugh, I knew he was someone I wanted to befriend. I had just moved to WA a few mo this prior and although all F21 employees were kind, I wasn't sure they had accepted me as a friend necessarily (aside from Sam anyhow). So when my birthday rolled around, it was so sweet that Sam actually gathered a bunch of employees to celebrate my birthday. The first one away from my home state and life long friends. It absolutely warmed my heart and brought me closer to my coworkers. He even brought Robert, whom immediately hugged me upon our meeting and we became instant friends as well. Both boys knew how to show compassion, love and living for the moment. I am eternally grateful to have met these souls. Heaven truly gained angels. I love you. -Tristin
