Samantha Erin Hamre's Obituary
Samantha Erin Hamre, 28, passed away on June 28, 2026, at home surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Wuerzburg, Germany, she was a beloved daughter, sister, and twin who will be remembered for her consistent delight in life’s little details and her television or game schedule, her consistent faith and devotion to church and knowing what she wanted and when she wanted it.
She is survived by her parents, Lauren John and Tess Hamre (Hudson), her twin Emily Hamre, her sisters Elizabeth Hamre and Abigail Hamre-Pickens and her brother in law Nathan Hamre-Pickens. She was predeceased by her grandparents Larry and Verra Hudson, and John and Laura Hamre.
A funeral will be held on July 10, 2026 at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Tacoma, Washington, with a burial to follow in Wilkeson Town Cemetery.
