Ruth passed away peacefully surrounded by her brother Fred, Sisters Janet and Jennette on July 10, 2013.
Ruth was born on November 23, 1931 in Tacoma, WA to Fredrick D. and Charlotte M. (Larson) Brown.
Ruth worked in the main administrative office for the Civil Service at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
A private family service will be scheduled at a later date.
