Aunt Ruth was well known for the great pies and cookies she made for all the family gatherings. She always had an open door for you to stop and see her. She was a fun lady and an great aunt. She will be missed but she no longer feels the pain and suffering of her lingering illness. My heart goes out to her family in Puyallup and Washington and to the rest of the relatives. We may not be there with you on the day of her funeral, but she is with us in thoughts and prayers. Love and caring to all,

Hi to all from Arizona. I talked to dad the day he learned that Aunt Ruth passed away. He feels he was able to say good bye to her when he was able to see her last spring(?) summer(?). Her loss is great, she was a blessing to so many. She was a favorite of mine and Shonda thought she was really sweet. I am glad they were able to get acquainted at one of the reunions. They and the rest of the family, Allan included, are together now.
Bless you all.
