I have such fond memories of both Russ and Carlyn. I spoke with them often when I worked at City in the Fire Pension Dept. I'm retired now but often think of Russ and Carlyn. I was sad to hear that Russ had passed also. Such a kind, loyal, and generous man. My condolences to his family. Know that both of them made a big impact on my life. Liz Massie
