Ruby Ellen Nordquist
Born in Absarokee, MT on May 9th, 1929, Ruby passed away peacefully in Gig Harbor, WA on November 15, 2015. Ruby lived most of her life in University Place, WA where she and her husband, Clayton, owned and operated restaurants in Fircrest and Lakewood. Ruby is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton, brother, Lambert, half-brother, Bill and survived by her children, Wally, Gail, and Jill along with her sister, Shirley, 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She has blessed and enhanced all of our lives. There will be a private memorial service.
