Rubin Dela Rosa Born 8/27/1932 in Cadiz, Philippines, this kind, loving, gentle man died on Saturday, 4/4/2009, of natural causes. He is survived by his wife Meriam Dela Rosa, his daughters Mercy R. Noonan (James), Grace, son Samson, daughter Jioveb, sons Rubin Jr., and Rudimic, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held at The Church in Tacoma, 5012 N. 14th Street, on Saturday, 4/11/2009 at 4pm.
