Rozmond Marie Knox's Obituary
Rozmond Marie Knox, 39, made her transition to Jesus on May 16, 2018 after complications during her liver and kidney organ transplants surgery.
Marie was born June 26, 1978 and was a long-term resident of Tacoma, Washington.
She is survived by her mother Roselyn Knox of Tacoma, WA, her brother Parissh Knox of Los Angeles, CA, and numerous other family members and friends.
Marie was a strong woman of faith who saw the best in people. She was passionate about her family, and loved to laugh, cook, and travel. She embodied dignity and grace, and had a strength of will and courage until the very end. She will be truly missed.
Marie attended both Mount Tahoma High School, Class of 1996, and the University of Puget Sound, Class of 2000. Marie worked for the Federal Aviation Administration, Northwest Mountain Region, Executive Operations, located in Des Moines, WA.
A viewing will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018, at By His Word Christian Center in Tacoma, WA. A celebration of life service will begin at 1 p.m.
A burial service will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at 2:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any contributions be made in memory of Rozmond Marie Knox to LifeCenter Northwest a nonprofit organization located in Bellevue, WA that is dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation (please learn more at www.lcnw.org).
