Roy Lee Taylor's Obituary
Roy Lee Taylor, age 92, of Tacoma, Washington passed away on February 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Ingeborg. He is survived by his step-son Peter House of Eugene, OR, 2 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Following retirement from the Army, Roy loved to work on his vehicles and maintain the family home. He was involved in VFW and Shriner’s in Tacoma. He loved to take his hunting dog along as he searched for game birds. He was a kind and compassionate gentleman. Always ready to extend a helping hand when asked.
His family extends a huge thank you to Homewatch Caregivers of Tacoma in helping us keep a promise that we would keep him at home as long as possible.
As was his wish, there will not be a service. Friends and family are invited to visit him following interment at Mountain View Memorial Park, Lakewood.
