Ross L. Munson's Obituary
Ross was born on May 6th, 1935 to Van & Grace Munson in Seattle. He was called home on October 14th, 2009 in Tacoma after a brief illness. Ross attended Collins Elementary School thru the 8th grade and graduated from Puyallup High School in 1953. He was also a veteran of the Washington National Guard having achieved the rank Sergeant. He worked for Baugh Construction until he discovered selling land was his true calling. Ross enjoyed cars, boating, and living the good life with his wife and life partner, Diane. Together, they enjoyed a special bond with their animals.
Ross was preceded in death by Van Sr (father) Grace (mother) and his older brother Van Jr. Ross is survived by his wife, Diane, of Spanaway, Children; Martin, Puyallup, Terri Noffsinger (Richard), of San Diego, Scott (Kim), of Tacoma, Ron (Stephanie), of Puyallup. Grandpa Ross was blessed by six grandchildren, Grace, Neil, Bailey, Kasey, Cameron and Kelli Joe. A service will be held at Mt View Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 20th at 1:00PM in the Garden Chapel. Public visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th from 1:00PM to 9:00PM.
