Born on 3-14-1939 in Deluth, Minnasota passed on 1-2-2019 in Tacoma, Washington.
Very Loved wife, mother, sister and dear friend. She met every Challenge life presented her with grace and determination to succeed.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her husband Edmond Cecil Tougaw and granddaughter Katie Laugharn.
She is survived by her Son’s Edmound Joseph Tougaw and Ricky Lee Tougaw; Daughters Viola Marie Loucks(Tougaw) and Katherine Laugharn (Tougaw); 13 grandchildren and a plethora of great grandchildren; sisters Arlene (Howard) Patton, Katheleen (Richard) Heidel and Brother Raymound (Mary) LeMay.
