Rosemarie Emma Hagedorn's Obituary
Rosemarie Emma Hagedorn, age 78, of Tacoma, Washington, went to be with the Lord Jesus on June 1, 2015. She was born July 13, 1936 in Wettelsheim, Germany, the sixth of eight children to the late parents Adam and Maria Strobel.
Rosemarie permanently moved to the United States in 1977 and was a devoted wife to her husband who served in the U.S. army for 25 years. She loved gardening, dancing and spending time with her family. Rosemarie dearly loved native prayer ceremonies and has an extensive ceremony family throughout tribal country.
She is survived by her children; Tina Hagedorn, Margaret Reygers (Ed), Donald Hagedorn, Keith (Pat) Pashe; grandchildren, Jason Hindman, Kaleb Konrad, Courtney Edgar, Sarah Hagedorn, Max Reygers and Sam Reygers; one great-grandchild, Levi Edgar; extensive family in Germany; dear friend Roger Van Valey and many more loving family members and friends. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her husband Donald Sr., Richard Delmas and daughter Rosemarie Rickard.
Services for Rosemarie will be on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 2:00PM in the Garden Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W., Lakewood, WA, 98499. Following graveside services a reception gathering will be held at AMVETS, 5717 S Tyler St, Tacoma, WA 98409.
