Ronald Jackson 68, of Tacoma WA, transitioned on September 1,2022. He was born on March 5,1954 to Ruben and Lucille Jackson in Independence LA. Ronald was a dedicated member of St. John Church Transformation Ministries for over 20 yrs.
At the age of 18 Ronald enlisted in the Marines from 1972 - 1975. Ronald attended Pierce College where he was earning various degrees. Ronald worked for the VA Hospital for several years. Ronald dream was always to first start a janitorial business then trucking company and lastly to open up a franchise resturant. Ronald loved watching his westerns, he loved plants , watching sports, reading his Bible, and his family.
Ronald Jackson was predeceased by his parents Ruben and Lucille Jackson, and his brother Larry Jackson and his great granddaughter Myracle Patterson. He was survived by his children : LaNesha Banyard, LaTasha Banyard, Ronald Banyard, Michael Banyard (stepson); his sisters: Gail (James) Flewellen, Ella Warren, Apolonia Jackson, Emarentiana Averitt, Williemyntje Swift (Laney), Doris Jackson; his brother's Ruben Jackson (Lala), Chris Jackson (Trina); Grandchildren DeShawn Banyard, Emonie Collins, Najua Wheeler, Anaija Banyard; great granddaughter Yahri Banyard; his uncle Leo Coleman; his children's mother Patricia Banyard; his cousin Yvonne Price and host of family and friends
