Rodrigo Paculanan Taduran's Obituary
Rodrigo “Rudy” Paculanan Taduran, age 81, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, Washington, the day after celebrating his 81st birthday and 51st wedding anniversary. He was born on April 7, 1939, in Tarlac, Philippines, to Victor Taduran Sr. and Lorenza Taduran. He married his one and only love, Rubilina Taduran on April 7, 1969. Rodrigo truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending his retirement years with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He loved playing guitar, cooking (his specialty was “adobo”), telling jokes, and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Rubilina “Ruby”; children: Victor (and daughter-in-law, Juliet), Ivy (and son-in-law, Ben), Sherill (and son-in-law, Jeff), Lyn, and Wendy (and son-in-law, Justin), his five grandchildren: Charlene, Mark Angelo, Jericho, Roman, and Paxton, and siblings: Maximo, Miguel, and Victoria. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and those who knew him.
