Rodney Quajon Thomas' Obituary
Rodney QuaJon Thomas was welcomed to the world April 22nd 1973 in Tacoma Washington by loving parents Randy Thomas and Jacqueline Myra Singleton. Rodney graduated from Puyallup High School. He later attended Clover Park Technical College where he took a landscaping course. Rodney enjoyed landscaping, drawing, painting and most of all fishing. Rodney had years of experience in landscaping and enjoyed drawing in a notebook and admired other people’s art such as graffiti. His Uncle Leslie would take Rodney fishing when he was little and became one of Rodney’s lifelong fishing buddies. Rodney passed down his knowledge and love for fishing to his son QuaJon, who also became his fishing buddy. Rodney dedicated a lot of his free time to fishing, he learned how to tie his own flies for fishing. Where ever there was water, Rodney would be.
Rodney had two children QuaJon Rodney Thomas and Cholena Jacqueline Marie Thomas and three grandchildren JJ, QuaJon Jr, and Sophia Thomas. Rodney learned how to swim at Pacific Lutheran University. He also loved karate, skate boarding and had all of the 1977 Star Wars action figures.
Rodney lived his whole life in Washington State and made many friends where ever he
went. Rodney was very friendly, sociable and cared very much about the people in his life. Rodney entered to rest on August 8th 2025, he will rest until Jesus returns. He is proceeded in death by his parents Randy Thomas and Jacqueline Singleton. He is survived by his son QuaJon Thomas, a daughter Cholena Thomas, his grandchildren JJ, QuaJon Jr, Sophia Thomas, Aunt Celeste Wooten, Uncle Leslie Singleton, Aunt Sharlene Singleton, Cousin Marcus Singleton, Cousin Azaliah Singleton and many other cousins, relatives and friends.
