Bob, you were my first palliative patient with Envision and I will never forget you because of that. I really enjoyed getting to know you and your amazing wife, Sandi. Please know you and your family have been on my mind, and I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be there with you and Sandi until the very end. You were the strongest fighter I’ve seen at the end of life and Sandi did the most outstanding job caring for you. You guys will always have a place in my heart…thinking of you, Sandi.

Not always did we get along. It took us years but I am so grateful for these last few years we got to be in each others lives. Thank you for everything you have done for me. I will forever remember you and I will always love you. I wish we had more time together but I know you are no longer in pain.
