Robert F. Whitney's Obituary
Robert F. Whitney, 97 of Lakewood, passed away July 9, 2015. Born in Roodhouse Illinois on September 5, 1917, Robert graduated from the University of Illinois. He retired as a Lt. Col. From the United States Air Force and was a Vice President of Key Bank. Robert was a long time member of the Oakbrook Country Club.
Robert was predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Mussette (2004) and daughter Jane (2013). He is survived by his daughter Karen Whitney of Lakewood, grandaughter Whitney Smull, also of Lakewood and grandson Neale Smull of Tustin, CA.
