ROBERT O. (JERRY) THORSON
Robert O. (Jerry) Thorson, 85 of Tacoma, WA passed away on October 22, 2014. Robert was born in Park River, North Dakota to Walter and Minnie (Johnson) Thorson on August 27, 1929. He Moved to Spokane WA, as a young man. Jerry served in the Army during the Korean War between 1950 -1952, this is where he met his wife June Johnson.
Jerry and June moved to Tacoma, WA in 1964. He worked as Oil Truck Driver, and in 1992 he retired. He and his wife have traveled extensively thru out their years together.
He is survived by his wife June, son Robert (Judy) Thorson, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday Nov. 1, 2014 at 3p.m. at South Tacoma Adventist Fellowship, 230 So. 94th St. Tacoma, WA 98409.
