Robert W. Sowers, Jr.'s Obituary
Bob was born on Easter Sunday, March 29, 1970 in Centralia, WA to Bob and Jane Sowers . He grew up in Yelm and graduated in 1988 from Yelm High School. Bob then received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College in 1993. He shared an office space with Dr. Ray Kent and then he opened a new office, McKenna Chiropractic Center in 2002. He has served the Yelm community as a chiropractor for 23+ years.
He married Judie Foster on August 19, 2000. They have been married for 16 years and have two wonderful children, Jason and Bailey. Bob was very active in the Yelm community. He was in charge of the Hunters Education Program in Yelm for several years and was the 4H Leader at Upper Nisqually Sportsman’s Club, along with other community organizations.
He loved spending time with family and friends. His hobbies included hunting , fishing, camping and numerous other outdoor activities. Family time was extremely important to him. He also enjoyed helping others in need and would do anything for anybody.
His survivors include his wife, Judie, and children Jason and Bailey, his parents , Bob and Jane Sowers, and his sisters, Terri and Sherri.
