Robert L. Spooner Jr.
Born in Tacoma on April 19, 1942 passed away peacefully from a long battle with Diabetes on Aug. 5, 2008. Robert had a long time passion and love for boxing and stock car racing. He was so proud of his son who was involved with both. Robert was also a big fan of Nascar and loved to fish. Robert loved his daughter and his granddaughters very much. He is survived by his daughter Merrilee Mussig (Dana) and son Richard (Tovana) five granddaughters, Shaylin, Kelsey, Ashley, Victoria and Braiden. 2 step granddaughters Danille & Desiree. Sisters Jeri Johnson (Jim), Marilyn Pasquale (Bob), Chris Juneau and Nancy Monroe (Lyle). Also many nieces and nephews who loved him very much. Services will be held on Sat., Aug. 16, 2008 at Mt. View Funeral Home in the Garden Chapel at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be on Fri, Aug. 15, 2008 from 2-9 PM. Special thanks to Charlton Place for their loving care of our loved one. Robert is now happily reunited with his brother Richard and his loving mother Mary & dad Robert and his granny Slifko.
