Robert Lee Hicks was born to Lovella Dickerson on March 18, 1942 in Conway Arkansas. He passed away April 20, 2016 in Seattle WA with his family at his side.
He moved to Tacoma WA as a young boy attending Tacoma public schools and graduating from Stadium High School where he ran track and eventually met his wife.
