Richard was born on Apr. 3, 1924 in Menominee, Mich. and passed away peacefully on May 25th, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Rosemary, brothers Val, Gordon and Don. He is survived by sister Betty and brother Jack, 3 children Patti (Kostelecky), Michael and Richard. 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial will be held Jun. 6, 2EPM at the Kingdom Hall located at 6722 S Yakima Ave in Tacoma.
