My late husband, Mike Erdahl, was Dick's cousin. Dick was in our wedding in 1971. Mike always felt that Dick and Wally were like brothers to him. I remember many parties at John and Aggie's barn, and Dick was always part of the magic that made them so much fun. Dick was a person that made the world a better place for the rest of us, and even though I rarely saw him the last few decades, I will miss him.##imported-begin##Mary Erdahl Zawlocki##imported-end##
Some people pass through life and never make a ripple. Dick made many memorable marks. He and his charisma touched many lives and made us all better people because of it. Dick had a unique way of handling any situation with class, dignity and honor. He will be sorely missed by us and we were blessed to have been able to have him as a close personal friend.
