Richard Kenneth Reid's Obituary
Went home to be with the Lord on December 17, 2005 at the age of 70. He passed away at Methodist Hospital in Sacramento, California. Richard was born in Tacoma, Washington on October 23, 1935 to Oscar and Mary Reid. He is survived by two brothers: Robert and James, two daughters: Stephanie and Carrie, son Richard, son-in-law Richard, and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother William. He spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. UTE. He enjoyed traveling; he spent 9 months in China, also Newfoundland, Japan, the Philippines, and saw most of the United States. Richard was employed as an electrical designer. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 3, 2006 in the Mountain View Valley Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Tacoma, WA.
