Richard Joseph Koepenick's Obituary
Richard was born October 23, 1951 in Tacoma, WA; he passed away April 23, 2004 in Puyallup, WA. Richard was preceded in death by his father Tom Koepenick, and mother Janice Koepenick. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Â"TessÂ" Koepenick of Puyallup; son, Jason (Natale) Koepenick, of Puyallup; daughters, Maria Koepenick, of Puyallup, and Tonia (Steven) Hodges, of Cabot, AK; grandson, Cody Hodges; sisters, Pam Koepenick-Pauls, of Burien, and Debbie (Dave) Ross, of Kent; and numerous nieces and nephews. Richard was a great husband and father, who was always the big guy with a big heart, who always gave to everyone and asked for nothing but smiles in return. He loved to fish, make great food, and spend time with his family and 3 dogs Hoss, Lizzy, and Josie. Richard was a great man who was loved by all, and he had a profound effect on all those who knew him. His favorite saying was, Â"Do you still live where you used to live before you moved to where you live now?Â" because it really baffled most people. Richard will be greatly missed.Visitation will be 2-9pm, Friday, April 30 at Mt. View Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12pm, Saturday, May 1, 2004, in the Mt. View Valley Chapel.
