Richard's family was the center of his world. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Cheryl Murphy and Beverly Merars, and his son, Richard Jones Jr. His sister, Nadine, held a special place in his heart. As a proud grandfather, he adored his grandchildren Samantha, Trina, Steven, Isaiah, and Tammy. The laughter and smiles of his great-grandchildren Gwen, Sebastian, and Brandon brought him immense joy.
He was preceded in death by his three brothers, whose memories he treasured dearly.
