Richard Henry Cray

Early December 28th, we lost a beloved and integral member of our family. Richard Henry Cray was born on September 18th, 1956 at Madigan Hospital in Fort Lewis, WA by Maggie Cray and preceded in death by his father, Henry Cray. Throughout his childhood he lived in places such as Germany and Virginia before his parents settled in Lakewood, WA. Richard spent the rest of his life in Lakewood, attending Lakes High School in 1974, and being a well-liked and respected person in the community. Richard's many interests included a love of music, cooking, golf, billiards, his children, grandchildren, and his many friends. Richard was known for living life to the fullest, as well as his optimistic outlook on life. He is survived by his children Natasha and Maggie, grandchildren Kaylani, Paul Jr., Lyeshea, siblings Robert (Sue), Kenneth, Deborah and Margaret, as well as many nieces and nephews. Viewing will take place on Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Mountain View from noon to 9pm. Funeral services commence on Monday, January 5, 2009 at 1pm in the Celebration of Life Center at Mountain View, followed by a reception.
