Richard Dale Tinnel's Obituary
Richard Tinnel passed away on June 18th, 2010 at the age of 83. He was born on June 23rd 1926 in Steptoe, WA. He moved to Potlatch, Idaho where he graduated from high school. He served in World War II and the Korean War with the US Army Rangers and was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Richard worked at Keyport Naval Station for 23 years as a Supervisor Electronic Technician. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia of 43 years.
Survivors include his stepdaughter Sandra Hughs, son Mark Tinnel, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on July 1st at 12:30 at Mt View Memorial Park Lakewood.
