Richard Antique Borromeo's Obituary
Richard Antique Borromeo, age 48, passed away peacefully surrounded by Family and Friends at St. Joseph Medical Center on Sunday, November 17, 2019, in Tacoma, Washington. He was born on August 11, 1971, in Bacolod City, Philippines, to Gliceria and Rafael Borromeo. He was born as a twin and grew up with 7 siblings. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1992 at Colegio de San Agustin Bacolod Philippines. He worked at the Doctor’s Hospital after he graduated and spent 12 years working there. During this time, he met the love of his life, Maria Celina Borromeo. He married Maria Celina in 1999, and had 3 children with her, John, Ralph, and Renz. In 2004, he migrated with his family to Tacoma, Washington. He spent his last 15 years working at Allenmore Hospital as an OR Circulating Nurse. He loved his family greatly and would always travel and spend time with them. He enjoyed and loved to cook and was well known as a great cook by his friends and co-workers. He loves fishing, listening to music, making jokes, playing cards, and was a “Jack of All Trades.” He was a great Father, Husband, Brother, and Friend. Even though his life came to a short end, he left an everlasting remark on all the lives he touched. He is survived by his wife Maria, and his 3 kids, John, Ralph, and Renz. Richard will be forever missed and loved by all.
