Rex Daschofsky's Obituary
Rex DaschofskyBorn November 2, 1940 in Imperial, NE to Walter and Thelma Daschofsky and he passed away on May 13, 2004 in Tacoma, WA, after a long and courageous battle against cancer. Rex worked for Local Sheet Metal Workers # 66 for 44 years and retired in 1989. He enjoyed going south to Yuma, AZ for the winter with his wife. Rex loved having BBQÂ's and going to dinner with his family and friends. RexÂ's family was very important to him and he loved going to his grandchildrenÂ's sporting events to support them. Rex is preceded by his parents, 2 brothers Don and Cloyce, and his son Darren. He is survived by his beloved wife Janna, his son Jeff (Leona) Daschofsky, his daughter Stacy (Alan) Daschofsky, his grandchildren Tricia, Andrea, Darren, Kylene, Kayla, Jerrett (Fred), his great-granddaughter Maria, his brothers Walt, Roy, Dale, and Gary, and numerous nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Franciscan Hospice and their staff for their help and support. A Celebration of RexÂ's Life will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at 1:00 PM at 8809 24th Ave. E., Tacoma, WA.
