Reseda invited me several times to play with her on the Fir State Golf Club. I had met her several years earlier, but these invites gave me an insight into how gracious a person she was. She texted me in March and we discussed golf, Mr.Terry, and my own mom's health. So true, you never know the last time you'll see or speak with someone. I will miss her on the league. It won't be the same. May God welcome her with open arms and bring solace to her husband and family.
Reseda has been a big part of my life since I was 12. She was not just my cousin but my Big Sister. She attended every graduation, made homecoming & prom dresses, and told me to stop acting a nut when necessary. Missing You RIP Sissy
When I first moved to the #PNW #Seattle #Washington, I felt that Seattle freeze. While the weather was mild (compared to Columbus, Ohio and Greenwich, CT), the culture was not... I felt like an outsider. So, I joined Fir State Golf Club as a non-golfing member to stay active and meet new people.
The very first meeting, Reseda Fields Terry introduced herself with a huge smile and welcomed me with open arms. We seldom talked on the phone and didn't see each other regularly, but every time I saw her it was like running into your cousin. She had a special way of thawing out the vibes I felt everywhere else. Reseda had a warm presence, dressed sharp and she was a great golfer!
I just ran into her for the last time at Spanaway Golf Course (March 2021). We hugged and chit-chatted and took our famous picture. I am so glad I can cherish her memory this way. She was a true gem and I am very sorry for the loss her family will feel and super grateful to have gotten to know her.

I remember being her little cousin from Kansas City Missouri, visiting LA for the first time and there being an earthquake, we were terrified! She calmed us right down, telling us what to do and that it was a small one, I've thought many times through the years about how calm she was. She had a calming spirit and I'm so thankful to call her my family. My thoughts and prayers are with her husband, brother, sisters, extended family, friends and all that knew and loved her ❤️

My condolence to the family, I know words, no matter how kind, cannot mend your heartache. I am devastated with Reseda’s passing! I keep asking how a person full of life, and always active – mother, wife, friend, worker, golfer, skier, photographer leave so early? She enjoyed her life. I worked with her off and on for over 30 years. When I look back on my life and career, I remember her encouragement, support, and patience that she bestowed upon me and everyone else. She encouraged me to apply for better positions, complete my education, be understanding with my employees etc.. When I complained that I cannot do this or that; she always asked why not? I did it! Rest in peace my friend.
