Rebecca Wahlund's Obituary
Rebecca Wahlund, born February 13, 1918 in Forrestburg, Alberta, Canada, passed away February 17, 2006. She lived in the Tacoma area since 1936, when her family moved here from Alberta. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, & great nephews. Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband Forrest Wahlund. Rebecca attended Grace Baptist Church in Puyallup, WA. She loved attending the services and visiting with all of her friends there. She also enjoyed traveling whenever she could, visiting with relatives and long-time family friends. She also enjoyed collecting antiques and memorabilia.A graveside will be held at 2:30 PM at Mountain View Memorial Park followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2006 in the Mountain View Celebration of Life Center, Aspen Chapel.
