We are thinking about all of you. With Sympathy. Love you all.##imported-begin##NULL##imported-end##
Sherri and I are sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. I had personally spoken with Ralph about two weeks ago in Arizona to gather his family information where I am doing the genealogy on the Darley's. Debbie Rabara and Myself had a long and enjoyable chat with Ralph who was very kind and helpful. Sherri and I will keep Ralph's family in our prayers in this time of sadness.
Respectfully

I am so saddened at the news of Ralph's passing. Ralph was a cousin that I never met but recently found and was so looking forward to meeting him and his family very soon. Bill Stephens and I had some great chats with Ralph in the past few weeks and felt we got to know him very well. His mother, my Aunt Lucille was a wonderful woman that was dearly loved by many, especially by my mother, Mirel McDaniel Kirkland, and my grandmother, Jessie Darley McDaniel. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Lula, Louise, and all of Ralph's family. I pray God's comfort and blessings for each of you.

It is always sad to lose a loved one...so young. May the peace of Christ be with your family at this time.

It's odd to think over my memories of Uncle Ralph and to realize I really only saw him a few times. I guess my earliest memory is of him visiting us in Cairo as a teenager. He dug up Sassafras roots and asked my mom to make tea--that was nasty stuff, but I pretended to like it because he did! I thought he looked just like Elvis! I think my next memory is of the day we heard he was hit in the head with a helicopter blade. And then there was the time so many of us gathered at grandma's house in Jacksonville to await his arrival at the airport. I think he had just recently returned from Vietnam and Eddie was just a baby. It seems it wasn't long after that he moved to the other side of the country, and I only remember seeing him two or three more times. But every time I saw him, it was as if I had just seem him yesterday. I deeply regret that I never made time to bring my mom (Louise) to see him. She loved him so much, always introducing him as her baby brother.
Rest in peace, Ralph Edward Darley.##imported-begin##Carol Sasser Dalton##imported-end##
