Phyllis Louise Robinson's Obituary
Phyllis L. Robinson Was born October 7, 1919 and passed away peacefully on August 2, 2008. She grew up on a farm in Tama, Iowa. Her passion for learning led to college where she met and married PaulERobinson in 1942. Together they traveled the world. She is survived by her daughters Charlene (Guy) Schick and Paula Varner, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She retired from the Tacoma School District in 1981 and belonged to many community organizations. She gave to anyone who was in need whether she knew them or not. Phyllis was loved and appreciated by all who ever met her, and she will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 23, 1 p.m. at First Christian Church, 602 N. Orchard, Tacoma. In lieu of flowers a contribution may be made to the memorial fund in memory of Phyllis Robinson at First Christian Church or the Residents' Club of Tahoma Terrace.
