Phil had the greatest sense of humor! I have memories of Phil going back to 6th grade at Manitou. My heart goes out to Sharon, Autumn, Corey, Brynn and the rest of the family. The world is now going to be sadly missing one really nice guy.##imported-begin##Laura Ellingsen##imported-end##
Phil and the entire Williams family will always be considered very special to our family. Our two daughters, Kim and Kris, spent much of their early years with the Williams family. We all have many happy memories from those days. We are thinking of all of you and know that the happy memories will, in time, take the place of the sadness you are feeling now.

Phil was the greatest neighbor! He always had a kind word to say and always kept an eye on the house if I was away. He will be missed!
