Phaedra Brown's Obituary

Phaedra received Christ at an early age at Word of Life Church of God in Christ. She later became a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. When Phaedra's health started to fail, she did the best she could to get around but she never stopped her daily devotions and personal relationship with God.
Phaedra started school in Germany and finished at Southgate Elementary. She attended Hudtloff Middle School and then Lakes High School where she graduated with honors. Phaedra joined ROTC and ran Track as well as participated in other activities at high school until graduation. She then worked as a CNA for several years.
Phaedra leaves to cherish her memories, Julius W. Brown Jr. (Father). Shirley Brown (Mother), Julius W. Brown III (Brother), Danielle Brown, (Sister), Victoria Payton, (Sister), Irene Stewart, (Grand Mother), Samar Stewart, Randy Simpson, Stello Castille, (Brothers) , Lindsey Williams and Charise Simpson (Sisters), and a whole host of Loving Aunt's, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends.
Phaedra fought many fights in her time here on earth. She fought for her health, sobriety, and respect for anyone who the world looked down on. She Championed the downtrodden and the weak. Always willing to speak up where she saw injustice. Simply put, Phaedra was a fighter.
