Peter Nick Carlsen IV, also known as Andy, passed away 8/9/2010 at the age of 67. Survived by wife Mary, sons Peter 5 and Dorothy, Chris and Debbie Vallejos, 2 daughters, Lisa and Nicole, 16 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. He will be truly missed. We will be having graveside services at Mountain View Cemetery on 8/16/2010 at 3:00. Friends And Family Welcome.
